WOD – February 20th

Beginning Monday with an endurance workout as a start up benchmark. No equipment needed, just your own body strength and six minutes out of your day. How easy!

3 Rounds:

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Body weight Squats
  • 10 (Modified) Push-Ups
  • 10 Lateral Lunges
