WOD – February 23rd

Back at it again! 15 minutes and dumbbells needed.

Lower body time, more specifically single leg drills. Working out mobility, strength, stability and balance.

Warm – Up:

  • 00.20 each side – Kneeling Quadriceps Stretch
  • 00.20 each side – Single Leg Raises
  • 00.20 Butterfly Stretch
  • 00.40 Hip Twisters
  • 00.30 Hip Lifts
  • 00.30 each side – Clamshells
  • 00.30 each side – Hip Burner

Lower Body Strength (2 rounds):

  • 00.30 each side – Leg Balance with Toe Reach
  • 01.00 Lateral Dumbbell Lunges
  • 00.30 each side – Airplanes

DONE!
